I was born in Hamburg, live in Berlin, am married, have two children and a grandchild. I have a wide range of interests, am active in sports and enjoy being around people. 

I quickly grasp the core of challenges, problems and developments. I am direct in communication, persistent in negotiations and precise in factual matters. I inspire with fresh thinking, I motivate people to act entrepreneurially and I make people strong.

I started Carsten Lurse Trusted Advisors as a hobby and will now develop my small business step by step into a strong network of companies, entrepreneurs and strategy consultants.
